From the side, the hump was the problem, and from the front, my nose looked blunt because it was bulbous, so I had nose surgery. I had a custom nasal bridge implant, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and correction of the hump, columella, and two types of bulbous nose correction. Early on, I went for swelling laser treatments and managed it, so the swelling went down faster than I expected. Now it has settled nicely into a straight-with-slight-curve line.
