But maybe because the doctor/director is such a busy person, the explanations were not detailed, and they did not really ask me anything. I don’t know if that is normal, but there was no discussion like what nose shape I wanted, or looking at my face and saying if doing it this way would turn out like this, whether it would work or not. Right before surgery, the only thing I remember saying was just asking for a straight nose. They did not seem very interested in the patient. Since the deputy director was kind, I had no problem communicating through them, but the director is the one actually performing the surgery, and they were indifferent. In the end, sure enough, after 4 months, once the swelling went down, the columella of my nose became too pointy, so they said I need revision surgery to shave it down again, whether it is the edges or whatever, and put it back in. Damn it, they should have done it right the first time.
