When you consult with the director, they feel your face here and there and then just tell you exactly what needs to be done. Even if I want to do something else, if they think it's not right, they stop me lol. They even say things like I should be grateful to my parents for giving me plastic surgery.. After the consultation, I talk in detail with the manager, and the manager is really kind too. They take great care of me even after my surgery. If I call while I'm anxious, they always answer... If you go there, you can book and get a swelling laser whenever you want!! I'm very satisfied.
