After<After (current)>After<After (current)>Before<Before>These days, because of the fine dust and cold, I’m gradually going beyond being a homebody and basically becoming the house itself lol It’s been a while since I came to this community, and after reading other people’s reviews I suddenly got motivated, so I’m leaving a review^^
7 months ago, I had two types of facial contouring surgery: cheekbones and square jaw. I had both done under sedation without pin fixation~ Before surgery, I didn’t really think much of it, but after actually having the surgery, I think there’s something kind of freeing about not having pin fixation. My friend had pin fixation, and she said that even when getting an X-ray at the dentist, she felt unnecessarily exposed, so she was thinking about having surgery later to remove the pins. I still haven’t been to the dentist or had an X-ray taken, but since I don’t have to worry about that, I think that was when I really felt the advantage of not having pin fixation lol
After facial contouring, as the swelling went down and I could feel my face shape changing, I started wanting to improve my appearance more, and getting dressed up became more fun, so I think I take better care of myself than before surgery. Before, the only exercise I did was breathing, but after surgery, once things stabilized, I signed up for PT, and recently I even started swimming. I’m exercising for dieting, but I can feel my body becoming firmer and healthier too, so I feel really proud^^
Since people always say that after facial contouring you need to manage skin sagging, so far I don’t feel any sagging or feel worried about it, but just in case, I’m planning to keep managing elasticity consistently and exercise so both my body and face stay healthy~
