I think you can tell a certain amount about a surgeon’s experience and skill by watching how they test and set a double eyelid line. For under-eye fat repositioning, I honestly think it’s hard to judge skill, but since I was there, I asked about ptosis correction and judged based on how they set the line. Among the four clinics I consulted at, this was the one that set the line the worst and felt the most inexperienced. Other clinics set the line naturally and well, but here they said my eyes were difficult and set the line in a way that would look very obviously surgical.
