I think with eyes, you can tell a certain level of experience and skill by watching how they hold the double eyelid line. For under-eye fat repositioning, I honestly think it's hard to judge skill, so while I was there, I asked about ptosis correction and judged after watching how the doctor held the line. The director's skill at holding the line was.. just average. It didn't look bad. For under-eye fat repositioning, because of the possibility of recurrence, the doctor suggested just doing fat removal and fat grafting. The consultant seemed to have a lot of experience. There was no pressure to pay a deposit, and it was fine. However, since it is such a large hospital, there are many consultants and many doctors performing surgery, so I think opinions will be divided..
