I had rhinoplasty 8 years ago. My nasal bridge was originally low and my nasal tip was bulbous, so my face looked flat, but from the consultation stage, we proceeded in a direction of naturally raising it to suit my face shape. Right after surgery, it was a bit obvious, but as time passed it became more and more natural, and now no one can tell I had surgery. I’m living with it with moderate satisfaction, but I do regret wondering if I should have been a bit more ambitious.
