Honestly, I really want medial epicanthoplasty restoration because I want to go back to the innocent-looking impression I used to have. What do you think? Should I try lowering my double eyelid first?!? And if I don’t like it, should I get the restoration then? <Surgeries I had> 1. Partial-incision double eyelid surgery: My first surgery, done to organize multiple double eyelid creases into one. But the line was set based on the highest crease, so the double eyelid is too thick. 2. Medial epicanthoplasty: Since the front peak of my double eyelid was too high, I thought doing a little medial epicanthoplasty would make the slope gentler, so I did it. <Surgeries I’m considering> 1. Medial epicanthoplasty restoration: It makes my impression look older, makes my midface look longer, emphasizes the thickness of my double eyelid even more, makes my eyes look too close together when photographed from the side, emphasizes the empty space around my cheeks and jaw more, and honestly, medial epicanthoplasty has had absolutely no benefit in my life, so when I see photos taken of me, I feel ashamed. But they say I could end up looking blunt/frog-like, and there’s also a risk of scarring, so they told me not to restore it at this level, even at a place said to be good at restoration. I went to four clinics, and all of them told me not to do restoration. 2. Lowering the double eyelid: Since I originally got medial epicanthoplasty while intending to lower the double eyelid, I think this addresses the root problem. Because the front peak is high, my eyes look more intense, and from the side they look even more close-set, so I’m planning to lower the double eyelid.

snssnskssk I don’t notice the medial epicanthoplasty at all, and only the double eyelids look thick... I think if you lower them, you’ll look more innocent. If you restore it, the clean inner corners will get messy...

만죠크 [@snssnskssk] Right, that was exactly why they told me not to restore it. They were like, it’s a clean medial epicanthoplasty right now, so why touch it and take on the risk?

만죠크 [@Butterfly123] My right eye shows more lacrimal caruncle in particular, so I do feel like restoring just one eye could make quite a difference, ugh

qmffnqpfl5… The double eyelids stand out more.. the line is too high and looks a bit unnatural. Medial epicanthoplasty changes your impression by nature when you get it done..

아아 Whoa, I think your previous eyes were much better.. If it were me, I think I’d restore the medial epicanthoplasty again
