I got nose surgery, and today someone said if only my nose were a bit higher.. something like that…

(I deleted the photos) Actually, I only had my nasal bridge done, and I knew that because my original nose was short and very small, and my forehead was low too, they couldn’t put in much. But once I actually did it, it did look better than before. My short nose became longer too. I do still think it’s still low, but everyone said it just harmonizes with my face, and since my eyes, nose, and mouth are all not large at all, it would look strange if only my nose were high, so I was just accepting it. But today... I heard someone say, “Ah, you’d be pretty if only your nose were a bit higher,” and it really cut like a dagger.. I couldn’t exactly say there, “I had nose surgery though..” What kind of situation is this... Since he’s a guy, he probably just didn’t know and said it, right..? In the first photo, I adjusted the angle to make my nose come out better, and the second photo is a true side profile. (My cheek fat sticks out.) I’m now entering the second month. If it’s a complex, would it be better to do it again? But if I only redo the nasal bridge, there won’t be a big change anyway, right?
