I went for a consultation when I was about 70% leaning toward nasal tip removal, and I was able to get a detailed consultation about removal surgery. I went in with an uncertain feeling about complete removal, so several surgical methods were suggested.. The quoted price was for partial removal of only the stacked cartilage through a closed approach. Since I'm leaning toward complete removal, I'm willing to go for one more consultation. I don't think you should expect to hear an extremely hopeful answer to questions about the shape after removal... Like other reviews, they gave conservative answers. The consultation with the consultant was comfortable. I did not feel they were unfriendly. Maybe because I wasn't certain, I only heard the approximate quote and it ended. Consultation fee was 10,000 won.
