As I got older, my face gradually lost fat, and the thing that stressed me out the most was that my whole face looked shadowed.. Can’t you really feel it even in the photo? Makeup absolutely couldn’t cover it, and especially when there was lighting above my head, it made the shadows look even worse, so while other people say they go looking for lighting, I went around avoiding lighting as much as possible. I really tried all kinds of things to fill out my face.. Gaining weight > I’m the type who doesn’t gain weight easily, so failed Filler > I looked into it, but they said the longevity is short, and somehow I felt like I’d feel uneasy if filler solution kept remaining in my face. Fat grafting > While looking into this too, I learned that frozen fat and fresh fat are different. I wondered, what’s the big difference? But I went to Saegim, had a consultation with the director, and made my decision.. They said fresh fat is much more natural and has a good engraftment rate, so I did it with the PRP method. Since they harvest fat from my own body and inject it, they said they take it from the thigh, abdomen, buttocks, etc. and put it in, and the area is decided after discussing with the director and the area I want. Honestly, I’m on the slim side, so I wasn’t really bothered much by other areas, but I wanted to reduce the fat on the inner thighs while I was at it, so I asked them to take it from my thighs, you know? But they said taking it out wouldn’t have that much of an effect, so hmm.. disappointing. Anyway, I wanted fat grafting more, so I scheduled it for the earliest possible date and had the surgery. The surgery time itself wasn’t that long. It felt like a little over an hour. I’ve had other surgeries in my life, and honestly, in terms of difficulty, fat grafting seems the easiest. And I liked that satisfaction came faster than I expected too. Originally, since my skin was sagging, I wondered if I should try a lifting procedure, but with fat grafting, facial volume gets filled too, so you get volume and it also shows a lifting effect. After the surgery, it’s still maintaining well without anything disappearing in an ugly way, and since the director said autologous fat grafting has good longevity, I’m trusting that and just enjoying it~ Oh, and if you’re worried because you don’t have much facial fat but don’t know which area you should do, everyone here, it’s all okay.. Anyway, when you go for a consultation, the director tells you all the areas you need I also decided on the surgical areas after the consultation.
