(You need aftercare for the hard lumps to go away quickly.......) I really can’t believe I’ve entered the normal-weight range.. In January, after abdominal liposuction and losing 15 kg: obese → overweight In July, after liposuction on my arms and back armpit area: overweight → normal weight Of course I know liposuction alone can’t do it I’m doing aftercare + diet really freaking hard
