The staff seemed very hectic and busy. The director measured my eyelid thickness with a ruler and explained my current condition, how the surgery would proceed, and how much it would be lowered in detail. Since it’s a clinic that does a lot of extreme eye cases, he seemed confident about the first revision surgery and reassured me that it would improve. Among the clinics I visited, this was the only one that pointed out the line shape and explained why the previous surgery was done wrong, beyond just the deep fixation. However, he said fat grafting is essential for the double-line excision technique, so I felt a bit resistant to that, and since it isn’t a single-director clinic, it was disappointing that even when I looked at review photos, they weren’t surgeries performed by the director I consulted with
