My eyes are long sideways and large, but my nose is bulbous, so I wanted to escape the bulbous nose look and get rhinoplasty. I got a consultation at a place known for doing glamorous styles well. I wanted a straight-to-curved line with some contour, and a slim look. Instead of celebrity photos, I just showed them the nose shape I wanted by showing how it looked when I edited my own photo. But they said that rather than having too much contour, just a slight contour would suit my face better. They explained one by one that since my eyes already look glamorous, it would look strange if my nose were glamorous too. At first I couldn’t accept it, but as I kept listening, it started to make sense. After having the consultation, I understood what it means to match the overall harmony.
