It has been a little over a month since I had nose surgery and alar reduction surgery with Director Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic. I was concerned about my low and small nose, and I’m satisfied because it improved very naturally. The nasal bridge was done with a custom implant, and the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage. I think it looks more natural because it’s a custom implant. The swelling around the glabella and nasal bridge is almost gone now, and it seems like only the nasal tip has a little swelling left.
