First, because of a traffic accident, my nasal bones had completely collapsed, and I lived with an unattractive nose for 2-3 years. My nose was in such a weakened state that I was scared of possible side effects later if I had surgery, so I kept putting it off. But it looked so disfigured that I finally decided to have surgery and went around to consultations. I visited pretty much every famous plastic surgery clinic in Seoul, but almost all of them refused, saying they couldn’t do it, or said they could do it, but I would have to accept the whole list of possible side effects, and of course they all quoted 10 to 12 million won. In that situation, I went for a consultation at this plastic surgery clinic, and first of all, the consultant was so confident, saying the surgery was possible and that I should meet the doctor first. She said it so casually that I wasn’t sure what to think. (First of all, the consultant was so kind) (and pretty too^^ kiss) Then the doctor looked at my nose and said surgery was possible. He said patients come in thinking their own case is the most severe, but he had operated on many different cases, so I didn’t need to worry. Honestly, when everyone else says it can’t be done and only one place says it can, it’s natural to feel doubtful, but the doctor explained well how he would do the surgery and why it was possible, so I trusted him right away. On the day I had the consultation, I scheduled the surgery and even paid the deposit before leaving. Then I had the surgery, and the operation time was long. Some people might feel anxious because it was long, but after surgery I could feel that he had been extremely meticulous, so to me, the long surgery time actually made me trust the doctor even more. And honestly, because it was an injured nose, I wanted a dramatic result, but I wondered if that would be too much, so I asked him to make it as dramatic as possible within what my nose could allow, and I explained in detail what kind of nose shape I wanted. (For example, I said I didn’t like a nose with a recessed columella, and that I preferred it to come down in a fuller way, etc.) But he really created the nose shape exactly like that.. When I looked at reviews before surgery, the nose shapes were all different, so I was really torn and worried. But when I looked at the reviews, it was because unlike clinics that stamp out the same nose on everyone, this clinic adjusts the result to each patient’s preferences, so every review photo had a different nose shape. Seriously, the doctor’s hand skills are insane. I’m now 1 year and 6 months after surgery, and my nose couldn’t be sturdier. Unlike the other clinics that said I couldn’t have surgery because I had no nasal bridge due to the accident, as time goes by, my nose shape keeps getting prettier, and it feels comfortable with no foreign-body sensation at all,, To someone else it may just be nose surgery, but maybe because I lived for years with an unattractive nose, I was truly desperate But these days, my nose really makes life feel worth living.. I even got a boyfriend^^!! And the doctor is handsome, so I trusted him even more. I feel like his aesthetic sense is exceptional hahaha!! Also, people say that if you have surgery with costal cartilage, your rib area hurts a lot and you worry about the scar, but for me, it just felt like muscle soreness for about 3 days, and he used dissolvable sutures, so there wasn’t any separate follow-up care needed for that. The scar is only about half a finger joint long, so it doesn’t bother me much either. They checked the condition of my nose until the 6-month mark and even provided laser treatment for the costal cartilage scar. For me, the surgery itself was one thing, but I wonder if there’s any clinic that takes care of you after surgery as well as this one does. And the consultant here also got her nose surgery from the doctor! That says it all. I had heard a lot that people never get surgery at the hospital where they work, but the fact that the consultant trusted him and had surgery with the doctor makes me trust them completely. Every year on Parents’ Day, I’m going to bow in the direction of this plastic surgery clinic. Director Lee Jung-hoon is the best And everyone working here is so kind and felt like older sisters, so on the day of surgery they held my hand and everything, which made me less nervous! If you’re upset and very worried because of your nose, at least go get a consultation at this plastic surgery clinic!
