My ptosis and the double eyelids I naturally had came undone, so I got double eyelid surgery with the buried suture method, and while I was at it I asked them to add epicanthoplasty too. I told them to make it absolutely as similar to my current eyes as possible and as natural as possible, and everyone thinks my eyes are natural. Even after I had it done, no one could tell I had anything done. It turned out really naturally and so well!
