I had my first nose surgery about 3 years ago, and recently the drooping of my nasal tip became noticeably visible, so I started looking into revision surgery. While looking into nose surgery again, I saw that rhinoplasty can also improve a protruding mouth, so I became even more interested. Because the nasal tip drooping was bothering me, I wanted to raise my nose a lot again for the revision surgery. So whenever I went for consultations, I always said I wanted to lift the nasal tip as much as possible, but some places said okay, while others said it was dangerous and told me not to do it. The director at the clinic agreed with my needs as much as possible, but also scolded me, saying I shouldn’t overdo it and shouldn’t do anything risky, and tried to find a compromise for me, so I had my surgery there. I also had fat grafting to my nasolabial folds and forehead, and it’s not excessive, just right, so I’m really satisfied. The director has a good aesthetic sense, isn’t old-fashioned, and really knows what’s trendy these days, so I think they balanced that sense of moderation well during surgery too. Anyway, these days it kind of feels like I’m on my second life haha
