I had my first nose surgery with silicone, but it’s even more surprising that the bridge looked crooked and the nasal tip looked too bulbous lol I felt like there was no way to fix the spread-looking nasal tip, so I started looking into revision surgery, and after getting a friend recommendation, I decided on the clinic through PR haha During my revision rhinoplasty, they removed the silicone from my first surgery and replaced it with a new one, and even though it was a nose that had been operated on before, there was still a hooked nose left,, so I corrected that too I wanted a glamorous look but didn’t want it to be excessive, and I wanted to refine the spread-out nose as much as possible and make it slim, you know? So I even used costal cartilage, and it turns out a lot of people use it these days! Because of the spread-out nose, my midface looked longer too, but after the revision surgery, my image changed like I’d had facial contouring, which is the best!
