<After rhinoplasty><After rhinoplasty><After rhinoplasty><Before / after rhinoplasty>I had my third rhinoplasty 4 months ago, and I got it from Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho Plastic Surgery! After my first rhinoplasty, I ended up having revision surgery, and since this was my second revision surgery, it was my third rhinoplasty. Originally, my nostril asymmetry was severe, and my right nostril had a bit of a dragon-nose feel? From the front, my nostrils showed slightly, and my nasal tip was also the slightly droopy style. It was already a nose that had revision surgery, but it was still like that haha; So I wanted it to look natural without an implant, and I wanted to clean up the nasal tip and the overall silhouette a bit more. During the consultation with Director Yoon Seok-ho, we decided on implant-free + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage + ear dermis, and for the right side, while doing nostril lowering + alar reduction, we decided to shape the overall line, including the hump and osteotomy! It has now been 4 months since surgery, and a huge amount of swelling has gone down! The look from the front has definitely become more natural than before too haha Even though I did not use separate silicone or anything for the nasal bridge, it came out as a refined line close to the straight-with-slight-curve line I wanted, so I’m satisfied The nasal tip also no longer looks droopy like before, and it feels stably lifted and defined, so now I don’t avoid taking front-facing photos haha I also had rhinitis, but there have been no problems after surgery, and the donated costal cartilage feels very fine with no foreign-body sensation! It probably has not completely settled yet, but at this level, by my standards, I really think it was a successful surgery I’ll upload photos together so you can compare before surgery!
