<Before surgery><Before surgery><Before surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery>This is my 1-month review after getting custom implant (Innofit) surgery at Oblie Plastic Surgery because of my bulbous nose, wide nose, and drooping nasal tip! I initially didn’t really look into rhinoplasty much, and just went with what I felt drawn to. I had my first consultation at Oblie Plastic Surgery, didn’t look into any other clinics, and went straight ahead with my first surgery.. Looking back later, even though I hadn’t researched properly, meeting a good director and a good clinic right away really feels like incredible luck. I thought I would be happy as long as my bulbous nose and drooping nasal tip improved, so I went in without any specific ideas and only brought one photo of a celebrity’s nose. Even so, they gave me a naturally pretty design that suited my face, noticed the overall asymmetry in my face and my deviated nose that even I hadn’t known about, and worked on improving them too. The day after surgery, when the cotton packing was removed, the director said they wanted to see whether the implant had been placed in a way that improved the asymmetry, and checked once more while changing the splint, which was sweet! As I mentioned earlier, I really had no knowledge or information about rhinoplasty and hadn’t looked much into side effects either, so I was very worried. But maybe because Director Kim Da-alm places importance on safety, I didn’t have any discomfort! The only inconvenience, if anything, is that it has only been one month, so because of swelling inside the nose, the inside of my nose sometimes feels open and then blocked again. Other than that, there’s nothing at all. Even when it feels a bit blocked, it’s not to the point where I can’t go about daily life; it’s just the level where, if I pay attention to it, I think, “Ah, it’s a little blocked.” I think this will get better with time. Also, from the day of surgery, I really had no bleeding or bruising, and the swelling was very minimal too. I wonder if that’s because the director’s surgical technique is good hehe. It has only been one month, but my severely low nose and bulbous nose have clearly improved, while my drooping nasal tip has lifted naturally, so it barely looks like I had surgery. I’m spending each day feeling so satisfied with how natural it looks and with having no side effects I used to be unable to take selfies from the side because of my low nose, but now it’s fun to take them!
