It's been over a year since I had abdominal liposuction and pelvic fat grafting. I'm really, really satisfied with the liposuction, and if you maintain it well, it gives you a beautiful body line. The fat grafting realistically didn't leave much behind, and only the hip dips were filled in a little. Still, since some did remain, it seems fine to use the fat from liposuction. If I had done PRP and things like that together, maybe more would have stayed.
