Originally I had a long nose and an arrow nose, and even before surgery I felt like the tip of my nose stuck out a bit But after they built up support and placed the septal cartilage on top of it, with time my nasal tip feels like it’s coming back to life again, and now it sticks out like something is embedded in the tip of my nose ㅠㅠ Even when I take photos in a certain way, the nose can look pretty, but anyway, the area between the bridge and the tip is not natural and looks protruding.............................. My friends are telling me not to get revision surgery because of ㅂㅈㅇ, but I’ve been living fine, and then when I occasionally hear comments about my nose tip, I really start to obsess over my nose But instead of reopening it and doing revision surgery, I want to just fill in that missing area with fat or some kind of permanent material Is that impossible??? If only that sunken part were filled in, I think it would look pretty....... The doctor said I just need to loosen what was tied at the nasal tip, but I think.... maybe the septal cartilage at the tip should be cut down a bit.... And if they do loosen the tip... I feel like the nose might drop down again like before, just a feeling.... I really think it would be good to cut the nasal tip by about 2-3 mm, and it might also be okay to fill in that sunken part... What am I supposed to do ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ And if the tip was tied and then loosened, wouldn’t the nasal tip drop?
