Revision double-eyelid surgery, but even after 3 months the asymmetry is really severe;;

Was it an incisional method? The line itself also seems way too high.

[@] The first surgery was done with an incisional method, and the second was done with a partial incision I’m upset because I feel like I got sausage eyes, but I’m blaming myself, thinking maybe it’s because I asked them to make my eyes bigger. Still, the asymmetry seems so severe that I want to ask them for aftercare/revision.. but I don’t know if they’ll do it

I don’t recommend aftercare/revision there. It would be better to go to another clinic, lower the line, and match the symmetry. Honestly I’m not sure about the asymmetrical eyes, and all I can see is that the line is too high You have pretty eyes though.. The fixation is deep too, so I recommend going to another clinic

The asymmetry doesn’t really stand out, but the line seems quite a bit too high… Is that the line you wanted, everyone?

Rather than asymmetry, it looks like you’re lifting your right eye with your eyebrow? I don’t think it’s asymmetry, and to me too, the line is high so it looks like sausage eyelids. I think you’ll need to lower the line with double-line fixation or excision.

Did you open your eyes comfortably? It still looks like there’s some swelling too.

I don’t think the asymmetry is noticeable enough to worry about... If you don’t say anything, people probably won’t notice at all lol For now, the line is thick, and because your eyelashes droop, it looks even more stuffy... But does it look bad even with makeup on? When I see people who like big eyes and chose an outline because of their taste, their bare face and bare eyes look like sausage eyes or frog eyes, but once they do makeup in their preferred style, it looks really glamorous, so I get why they did it.

The line looks too puffy, like the swelling still hasn’t gone down.. By the time it’s been 6 months, it’ll probably be a bit better than now. Still, I think there may be a little asymmetry.
