I had double-line removal at ㅇㅍㅅㅌ on February 1, but the doctor in charge quit, so today, at the 6-month mark, I had a consultation with another doctor. They said it opens along the existing line because of a skin margin of error? or something, and that since my eyes are not medically abnormal, I can’t get a refund,,, They told me to get an AS revision, but I want to have it done at another clinic,, If it doesn’t open along the newly excised line and opens along the existing line instead, doesn’t that mean my eyes were not medically improved? Only the front part of my left eye was successfully corrected with the double-line removal, so it doesn’t match the shape of the rear line and now the shape looks strange. They say absolutely no refund no matter what, but that it may be possible if I bring an opinion letter from a university hospital. What would you all do? My mom was talking to them, and the manager was like, well, it’s not like your eye won’t open, so it’s not medically wrong... They kept cutting off my mom in the middle of what she was saying and only said what they wanted to say. During the consultation, they didn’t even look at my eyes for 3 seconds.... They just blabbered on about what they wanted to say.
