During the consultation, Director Gong Jeong-sik assessed the condition of my nose and accurately pointed out that because the columellar support was weak, the nasal angle had changed over time;; This time, we decided to use donated costal cartilage to reinforce the support strut and correct the philtrum angle. On the day of surgery, I was worried because I had heard that revision surgery can cause severe bleeding or bruising, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected. I thought that was a relief. My nose was fixed quite firmly, and there wasn’t much pain. What I’m most satisfied with after surgery is that the nasal tip and philtrum angle were adjusted, so the line became so pretty. The nasal line was corrected naturally, so my facial side profile became much softer! The nostrils showing also improved, and my side profile changed to look neat, so I’m very satisfied~
