Question about under-eye fat repositioning

Has anyone had complications or severe tightness under the eyes after under-eye fat repositioning with septal reinforcement? They say they also do septal reinforcement, but when I looked it up, I heard there can be complications too. It should be okay if I get it done somewhere good, right? I wonder if there’s anyone here who regrets it or anything like that. Before getting under-eye fat repositioning, could I find out what questions I should mainly make sure to ask?

It depends on the eye anatomy. They need to understand the eye anatomy well, and it is by no means an easy surgery. It’s even done under sedation anesthesia. After under-eye fat repositioning, there can also be complications like enophthalmos or the area becoming even more sunken, and some people say their vision got worse than before surgery.

If you’re not comfortable with it, don’t do it. It seems like there are more complications. For about a month, my eyes were really tired too, and there was nothing to gain.
