Eye Re-Surgery

Do you recommend revision eye surgery?

I had non-incisional double eyelid surgery with natural adhesion, upper epicanthoplasty, and ptosis correction. I like my right eye, but the front line of my left eye looks really strange… When looking at my whole face, it’s not very noticeable, though And I wanted a line that is a bit covered at the front and gets thicker toward the back. Is that kind of eye shape impossible if I get upper epicanthoplasty? I wish the front part of the line showed a little less (left side) When I look at my left eye from the side, it looks even more sausage-like, and the line is too uniform, so I feel like it doesn’t suit my face, looks obviously like double eyelid surgery, and looks unnatural. So in conclusion: 1. I want the front of the line to be thin and the back to be thicker. Is that possible? 2. I want to do just a tiny bit more epicanthoplasty. Would that make it look too obviously like plastic surgery? 3. I’ve already had ptosis correction and upper epicanthoplasty. Can the unevenness of my left eye be corrected with revision surgery? Also, the lines are a bit uneven between the two eyes. Can that be matched too?
