About 4 years ago, I had incisional double-eyelid surgery, and it turned into a sausage-looking eyelid, so I paid 3.5 million won at a private clinic in Gangnam famous for revision surgery to lower the line. When I said I wanted an in-out line, they said two-line lowering would not be necessary, and they revised it by organizing it into one line. In conclusion, it definitely improved compared to before. But it is still an unnatural-looking eye that anyone can tell had double-eyelid surgery. So I went back to the clinic and said it had not been corrected enough, and they said it was true that it had definitely improved compared to before. They said that if I wanted to lower it more from here, it would have to be lowered with two-line lowering; they could do it, but I would need to think carefully about which option is better, and they seemed to say they did not recommend it.. I cannot do it right away anyway, and I want to do it around November. In a case like this, since it has not been a year yet, would it be possible to get two-line lowering revision surgery without an additional fee?
쉐하 When you say it looks unnatural, do you mean the line is too pronounced, or that the line is too high? Lowering the line can be done in two ways: cutting skin vs. skin dissection.. For your revision, they probably did not lower the double-eyelid line very much and just cut a little, but the more you cut, the more it becomes an extreme-looking eye. So if you want to lower it more, the approach is to preserve the skin by doing two-line lowering (that way, the distance between the eye and eyebrow can look even slightly longer). But there can be dissection scars, and it can become bumpy... In conclusion, I feel like the more times you do incisional surgery, the stranger the face gets. You seem to think that if you do it, it will be better than now, but I recommend not touching it unless it is really necessary... I did not want to know this either... If I could turn back time, I just would not have had revision surgery. If anything, I would only release the ptosis correction...
강형 [@Sheha] I think it is both too pronounced and too high. The distance between my eyes and eyebrows is narrow, and my skin is very thick, so I think that is why it looks that way. People around me say it still looks okay now, and although it is noticeable, they say it is just pretty, big eyes and tell me not to touch it. 쉐하 [@] This is why you should not do incisional surgery at the beginning And I really recommend not doing it. If you do two-line lowering, the skin is preserved, but ptosis correction is almost essential, so it will probably look even more obvious.. The fixation has to be stronger than the existing line so that overlapping creases do not form... And since it involves skin dissection, people also get really stressed from things like dissection scars. If the people around you say it is still okay, that means it is reasonably okay now.
