Bulbous nose + septum + donated costal cartilage + low and small nose + cat, taking photos down

I uploaded the before photo that came out relatively well, so.. is there really... that much of a difference? ^^ It started because of my nasal septum, and somehow.. I ended up doing it. At first the swelling started from my eyes, but by day 5 it had gone down to my jaw. They say days 3-4 after surgery are when you swell a lot, and I think that is true.. Since it is day 5, the major swelling has gone down a lot. But I have not removed the tape yet, so I am not sure. Now when I smile, more than half of my teeth show. lol Smiling Avatar bulldog.. hahaha.. Still, the nasolabial area is tight, so I have no nasolabial folds lol To reduce swelling, for 24 hours I used ice packs.. For days 3-4 after surgery, I heated a towel in the microwave and massaged my face with it. Maybe because of that, the swelling and bruising seem to be going away quickly.. Or maybe it is because of the Sinecch medicine,,, Anyway... pumpkin juice and pumpkin porridge.. It is no joke.... I hate pumpkin now... For washing my hair, there is something like a children's shampoo cap, and if you wear it and stand while washing, water does not go into your nose. (If you buy it somewhere like 11st, it is under 10,000 won even including shipping.) So I washed my hair every two days. Also.... something that might help.. Oh, when you get plastic surgery, usually all attention is focused on it, you know. So my plan is to change my hairstyle. Khehehe, I am very thorough~ Dyeing is good, and a bob is good too, but bangs are no good. They make the nose stand out more. Oh, walking around quietly in the evening is good too~ The swelling definitely goes down well. Ah... when sleeping, if you put a small, round, long pillow under the head cushion, it does not strain your lower back. So I slept sitting up well for 5 nights. I bought the pumpkin porridge from Bonjuk, but tell them in advance: please make it a little less salty.... sodium causes swelling. I drank pumpkin juice instead of water. Was it Geumsan? I use 11st a lot. At first it was not sweet, but as time passed it became sweet. (Up to here is the day 5 post.) Also, I had rhinitis, and I think they improved that too~ lol I used to have postnasal drip when sleeping, but it disappeared~ And because the nasal septum inside was weak, they put silicone in. I am scheduled to have it removed this Saturday after two weeks. They said after removing that, I can blow my nose and so on. I sent a photo to my younger sibling, and they said, "It is someone who looks a lot like my older sister..." I had a bulbous nose, a low nasal bridge, a protruding mouth.. and when I smiled, my nose spread wide. That kind of face. For the nasal bridge, I do not remember if it was between 3 and 4. I just asked them to make it suit my face. And donated costal cartilage.. my own septal cartilage. And even the cat procedure...
