My nose collapsed after surgery at a nose-specialty clinic near Gangnam Station. In the past, I had surgery at a clinic near Gangnam Station that specializes in noses, for a deviated septum + hump nose + silicone + ear cartilage. As a side effect of surgery that involved the nasal septum, I ended up with the worst complication: saddle nose, where the middle of the nose sinks down. They inserted almost 4-5 mm of silicone, but even after surgery, the area except for the glabella was lower than my original nose haha.. After getting a CT scan and examination at another clinic, they said the septum was one thing, but even the nasal bones that had been perfectly fine had been pushed in a lot. They said that probably, because the septum had collapsed and a step-off formed between the bone and the septum, they pushed the nasal bone down that much to make room for the silicone implant. Because if they pushed everything down and put silicone on top, the collapse would be hidden at least a little haha On CT, even the nasal bone had been pushed in almost 1/2. They inserted almost 4-5 mm of silicone, but the area except for the glabella was lower than my original nose. On top of that, maybe because the nasal bridge had collapsed, my nose, which had never looked upturned before, became severely upturned and deformed.. If it was lower than my original nose even with 4-5 mm silicone inserted, can you understand how severe the structural deformity was..? They say I can never go back to my original nose, and that if I remove it, I will really look like a monster I am currently recovering after revision surgery at another clinic. You really have to be careful with cosmetic surgery. At first I thought, since silicone had been placed, maybe the shape just looked strange.. But after getting a CT scan and being examined at another clinic, I was horrified.. How could they ruin a person's nose like this On CT, it had become much lower than my original nose with nothing inserted, and it just no longer looked like a human nose.. This is so hard.
