Rather than being unhappy with my original nose, I just wanted to raise it a little, not excessively, and make it look slimmer. After going to consultations, the director and I had the same aesthetic goals, so I had the surgery! The materials used were septal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage. The director also said that the proportions and shape of my original nose were not bad, so we should just improve the slightly lacking parts of the nasal bridge and nasal tip. I also wanted to change only the parts that felt just a little lacking from my existing nose, rather than make a big change, and the surgical result came out exactly like that, so I like it. I had a slightly bulbous-nose feel, so I also did cartilage tying and bulbous nose correction together, and I like that it doesn’t have that burdensomely thin Gangnam-style nose look lol. It’s been one month since surgery now, so I should be the most careful during this period, right? The weather is so hot that I really can’t go for walks Still, I’m trying to reduce the swelling.
