<Before><Eyes after><After><After><After><After>I had incisional eye surgery and used autologous costal cartilage for my nose. Since these were my third and second revision surgeries, respectively, I think I thought about it for a really long time; For my first surgery, I didn’t think much and had it done at the first place I consulted with, so I visited a ton of clinics this time to avoid making the same mistake as before. Back then, my double eyelids kept getting lower and my nose was drooping... ha... just thinking about it stresses me out again. But once two more months pass, it’ll already be one year since the revision surgery, and maybe because my skin is dark, the autologous costal cartilage scar doesn’t seem very noticeable. Management matters too, but I think skin type is the most important. The fat grafting also took well, so I think I’ve been able to keep more volume than before surgery. In the end, this is how I ended up getting my eyes, nose, and fat grafting all done at once.
