<After surgery><After surgery><After surgery><After surgery>It’s been quite a while since my nose surgery now, and I think it’s fully stabilized, so haha I came to leave a really honest review! I had my nose surgery with Director Yoon Seok-ho at Miho, and what I wanted was a natural-glam line without an implant! I really didn’t like implants like silicone, so I told him I wanted to use my own body materials as much as possible! My nose condition was a long nose with a drooping columella + hump nose + a slight bulbous/dragon-nose feel, so I especially didn’t like my side profile… So the director said he would shape the line with hump-nose osteotomy and also neatly correct the columella to balance everything! So he used ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and since I also qualified for two functional procedures, I had functional nose surgery done together too. Breathing through my nose has become so much easier… I could really feel this clearly. In the beginning, I was a bit worried because of the swelling, but after some time passed, the line started settling in, and now it feels almost complete! It looks so natural that it feels like my own nose. Before, because of the hump, I tried not to take side-profile photos if possible, but now my side line looks smooth and refined, so taking photos has become fun too haha. What I especially like is that it doesn’t look obviously done, but it came out well in the natural-glam line I wanted?! People around me almost never say that I got my nose done. Since it’s implant-free, the feel is natural and it feels less burdensome, so I think my satisfaction is high haha. If you have concerns like me about a hump + bulbous/dragon nose and want a natural-glam nose without an implant, use this as a reference!!!
