Revision consultation reviews for a bulbous nose..

My first surgery was silicone + Medpor + septal cartilage, and I’m looking around because of bulbous nose correction First clinic The doctor told me what I wanted first, exactly the way I wanted it, even though I hadn’t said anything. I thought he was a shaman(?) lolololol Anyway, I liked the consultant too, and it matched my ideal look so well He said the nasal tip septal cartilage could be reused and donor rib cartilage could be used, so I paid the deposit right away But all 4 other clinics said that when removing Medpor, the surrounding tissue gets pulled out with it too, so the septal cartilage absolutely can’t be reused, and even if it were used, it would be so thinned out that it wouldn’t mean much.. So I canceled the reservation, but it was so exactly like my ideal look that I keep thinking about it,, Honestly, I also considered doing it there with different material, but the diagnosis itself seemed wrong? so I’m trying to put it out of my mind...... It’s pretty well known in a community for a natural-fancy nose   Second clinic The doctor explained things incredibly thoroughly. It felt like he was recommending materials tailored to each person and explaining why I should use this material in my current condition. But the reviews are very different from my ideal look (there are a few that are similar though). Oh, and he was the only one(?) who somewhat actively recommended nostril reduction. More clinics did not recommend nostril reduction, so I decided not to do it When I showed the line I wanted, the doctor said it was definitely possible I paid the deposit, but the more I look at the review photos, the more I hesitate CCTV viewing 200,000 won (they didn’t tell me whether there was a fee or not; when I asked separately via KakaoTalk, they told me,,) Third clinic I was tempted by the doctor’s confidence + explanation. It was perfect for my ideal look The consultant understood me perfectly even when I explained things terribly But here, you can only view the CCTV if you apply by the day before, and there’s an 110,000 won viewing fee -> having to apply by the day before felt too uncomfortable, so I put it on hold The premium reviews in the community aren’t very good,, but I keep thinking about this place too.. I went around to five consultations lolololololol If there isn’t anywhere I really love, do I need to go to more??... I’m seriously going crazy
