Next month it will be one year. For one year, I have not had anything like side effects at all. But starting a few months ago, everyone picks their nose with a cotton swab, right? When there is foreign material, it feels uncomfortable, so I use that to pick it, but blood comes out on it,~~ and a lot of blood scabs form. My runny nose has also gotten a bit worse,, why is this happening? Should I go to the hospital??
