When I first went for the consultation, they said I had a slight hump and my nose itself was also on the low side, so they suggested raising the nasal bridge with silicone and also refining the hump. They said they would lift the nasal tip using donated costal cartilage and planned to build it up overall. When I asked about alar reduction, they told me I didn’t necessarily need it. They said since they tend to raise the nose quite a bit, it naturally creates an effect of bringing the nostrils together, so I decided not to touch that separately. I have a bit of fleshy tissue on my nose, and they explained that they would trim that inward during surgery too. Because they clearly said they don’t do things that aren’t necessary, I felt trust.
