I haven’t had the surgery yet, so I don’t know about that part, but they put my photo up on the screen and drew on it. They also explained what could be realistically achieved, what parts couldn’t be done, and what surgeries they would do and how. It was also really impressive that the director introduced himself by name and greeted me as he sat down. I paid the deposit and came back. Also, the staff were kind and everything was good haha
