I’m 161 cm and 48 kg, but I had a lot of belly fat and upper-arm fat, so I couldn’t wear tank tops, short-sleeved T-shirts, tight tees, things like that. I wanted to get rid of my upper-arm fat, so I got unlimited arm LAMS. I’m a complainer and a scaredy-cat, so I worried a lot, but it hurt much less than I expected!!
