1-month review of facial liposuction + Mint thread lifting

Before before after after after after after after My conclusion: InMode, Shurink, fat-dissolving injections, contour injections — none of them are needed. For a double chin, facial liposuction + lifting is the answer^^!!!

My face was already the broad type, and since my skin is thin and lacks elasticity, the fat started sagging quickly toward my chin... I looked so dull, and I could see my facial contour collapsing, so I started looking into facial liposuction. I had already tried various things like InMode, Shurink, V-OLET, and contour injections, but the effects all came back quickly...^^ Worst cost-effectiveness.. such a waste of money. I should have done facial liposuction earlier ㅠㅋ I regretted it so much ㅠㅠ!!! I searched a lot and narrowed it down to two places, and Dr. Jung’s clinic was the second place I went to. The previous clinic was a bit smaller and the director was younger, so maybe because of that, this place was about 1.5 times more expensive than that one, but the hospital system and level of care were much better. The director came in personally during the consultation, looked at my face, and gave me an estimate(?), and from the look in his eyes and what he said, I felt a serious level of expertise and trust, so I decided right away. (It was also very famous haha)

I had Power V facial liposuction (double chin + jawline) + Mint thread lifting, 4 threads on each side, 8 threads total, For the lifting, he originally mentioned 3 threads during the estimate, but since my nasolabial folds and elasticity were such big concerns, I asked to just do 4 threads while I was at it, and I think it was a good choice. I’m satisfied with the result hahaha

I wasn’t feeling well on the day of the surgery, but the director and all the staff carefully checked my blood pressure and temperature and helped me, so they were very kind and I felt grateful ㅠㅠ After surgery, the recovery room was also a private room, so I could comfortably rest for more than 30 minutes before leaving. Thinking about the recovery period, the major swelling went down pretty quickly, and the minor swelling + bruising lasted about 1–2 weeks. (My skin is very thin, so bruises tend not to go away easily.) Of course, it doesn’t interfere with daily life!!! Until weeks 2–3, scar tissue formed under my chin, so it felt tight and a bit uncomfortable when I lifted my face upward. But it gradually got better! The after photos are at one month, and overall I’m really satisfied. The aftercare was kind too, and it didn’t take long, so it wasn’t burdensome haha Oh, and for the part where facial liposuction scars can be a little slow to fade, I recommend consistently applying scar ointment and sunscreen after removing the DuoDERM!

Compared to photos, the difference I feel every time I look in the mirror is really big. I can see my neck from the side profile, which I couldn’t before.. Now I’m so happy because it doesn’t take long to edit down my chin and cheek fat in photos anymore…^^ And!! Since my neck looks longer, my neck wrinkles are more visible now…!! I’m kind of happily(?) looking into neck wrinkle creams hahaha Thank you, Director Jung, especially for carefully slimming down my jawline~
