It seems like there needs to be about a 100cc difference to feel a meaningful difference It hurt as soon as I woke up from anesthesia, and unfortunately, it was painful lol People said subfascial doesn’t hurt, but it does hurt..?. I thought if I had done dual plane, I would’ve been in hell.. After getting painkillers, it got better, so I went home. Surprisingly, I could move my arms freely, so there was no discomfort ✨️Post-op day 1 Huh? My arms won’t move.. I can’t even lift them 45 degrees. Lying down and getting up is hell The pain was severe, so I alternated between the prescribed painkillers and Tylenol Only my left breast hurts. My stomach is bulging. I’m constipated. ✨️Post-op day 2 My arms still only go up to about a 45-degree angle. I’m too scared to even try. They said I could shower, but my arms won’t move, so I don’t think I can shower. The pain is similar to day 1. I couldn’t wash by myself, so I got help showering, and after the swelling went down, the compression bra became loose. ✨️Post-op day 3 My arms go up more than a 45-degree angle. Lying down and getting up is still hell. Still, only the left side has stabbing pains, and the right side doesn’t feel like much. Still very tight and swollen ✨️Post-op day 4 My arms go up a little more Lying down and getting up has become a little easier, but when lying down and getting up, the symptom of blood rushing to the breasts is still there My left breast contracts intermittently. The right one doesn’t. It’s a very startling, painful, unpleasant kind of pain. ✨️Post-op day 5 My arms go up more than on day 4, but because of the breast contractions, I get startled, so I’m being more careful and using them even less. Honestly, if someone watched how I’m living, it would look like a total comedy. Lying down and getting up is hard, Left breast contraction, right side no no Similar to day 4 I thought I’d be able to work after a week, but since I’m not an office worker and do a physical service job, it’s absolutely impossible I think I need to rest for another week.
