My Journey to Motiva Demi 360cc :-)

■ Breast surgery consultation visits + surgery review (360cc Demi / inframammary incision / accessory breast removal) ※This is a post I wrote, but it got so freaking long that I asked GPT to summarize it※ ■ My specs Breast base width: 13-14 cm Underbust circumference: 78 cm Bust circumference: 83 cm Shoulder width across: 45 cm Height/weight: 162 cm / 56 kg Condition: Almost no breasts, have been told I had pointy breasts, slightly sagging (no lift needed), firm skin/tissue quality (I work out a lot) ■ Third consultation clinic (the clinic where I had surgery) Booking process: Honestly, their KakaoTalk/phone response was unfriendly. Even though I was going to send the deposit, the way they said, “If you don’t send it by this time, it will be canceled,” felt really cold and aloof. Since I’m from out of town, scheduling is sensitive, so I felt that lack of consideration was a bit disappointing. However, in person they were kind, and even though there wasn’t much smiling, the atmosphere was orderly. Consultation with the consultant: So-so. The wording about side effects was strong. She kept emphasizing that “she herself is not a specialist,” so it made me a little anxious. But later, I felt that she was someone trying to explain things sincerely. I think it was an issue with her way of speaking. Consultation with the director: It was truly the best. Calm, slow, trustworthy, and serious. No sign at all that he was busy. He accurately assessed my breast condition. He caught that “the lower breast is rounded, so it’s not quite contracture/pointy breast + there is about a 20cc size asymmetry” (this was my key point). After carefully comparing and explaining the surgical method, size, and incision location, he said my breasts allowed me to choose, and helped me decide. Because my breast base width is on the wider side, I was worried that if I went too small it would not look pretty and would not gather well, while if I went too big, the one thing I had going for me, the fit of slim tops, would be ruined. So he recommended the wider Demi type in 360-380cc. He considered everything step by step so I could choose by placing the implants one at a time without ruining how clothes fit. ※So I booked right away. I canceled the two remaining consultations on the same day, had the same-day examination, scheduled surgery, and returned home out of town. ■ Surgery review (Inframammary incision / Demi 360cc / including accessory breast removal) The operating room felt slightly hectic? It wasn’t like the atmosphere of a university hospital in a drama. The anesthesiologist was so kind that I felt reassured. I woke up and it was over, and there was almost no pain! Instead, I had a severe headache after anesthesia. The private inpatient room was clean / the bed blanket was soft and my type / the porridge was top-three delicious Pain control was a huge success! It didn’t hurt enough that I could raise my arms, but because of that I’m actually being even more careful. No bruising or bleeding Nipple position symmetry was well set My original breasts were slightly triangular, so even now they look a little triangular from above, but that’s my issue, so it’s beyond what I expected! I had slight asymmetry, but it was matched well ■ Recovery process They said I could remove the surgical tape on day 3, but I removed it on day 4. The consultant really scared me a lot, saying the skin would get macerated, ooze, and tear, but there was no oozing and no problem. The compression bra is itchy, sweaty, and stuffy, but I’m so grateful I got pain control that I’m just putting up with it. Sleeping is uncomfortable, but since I’m between jobs, it’s manageable at home. Of course I want the shape to be nice, but please spread out.. UU please.. So far, I’m satisfied! --- ■ Points of concern Currently day 5 after surgery, the side of my right breast looks a little angular and kind of square? → Since this is still the period when swelling goes down, it’s within the normal range. → The shape is expected to settle around weeks 2-4. They told me not to worry too much, so I’m waiting ■ Overall review Pain control was a huge success, no side effects, satisfied with the line, good nipple position The meticulous consultation and the director’s explanation gave me the best psychological reassurance The hardest thing is not being able to work out... I want to recover quickly and wear workout clothes Everyone here seems to be model-like people with a 65 cm ribcage and 49 kg, so I’m leaving this to show there are middle-aged women too I had a hard time asking and searching through reviews about cc, Motiva type, and ribcage size, so I just wrote everything down haha I hope it helps!
