I had surgery 15 years ago with ear cartilage + silicone, and it felt like my nose was gradually getting shorter? And I don’t know if it was possible with this small nose... but I wanted a natural-yet-glamorous look I wanted to look refined.. I was debating between donated costal cartilage or septal cartilage.. but my nose is so small and short that they said it would be better to use a sturdy material for the surgery, so I ended up having surgery with autologous costal cartilage. They also said we should raise the glabella height a bit more, and basically redo everything overall...^^ It’s been 12 days since surgery, and I really like the nasal tip and the line... The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested hurt less than I expected, and because I wanted the swelling to go down quickly, starting on day 3 I only did 20 minutes of walking exercise at the gym each time, and the swelling went down really well. I also made sure to eat sweet pumpkin. I visited the hospital on days 1, 3, and 7 after surgery, and they provided swelling injections and laser treatment as a service. When I requested the hospital photos, they sent them to me via KakaoTalk, and feedback is good here. In the evening, I contacted them because the gauze under my nose was uncomfortable, and they replied really quickly on KakaoTalk I like that communication is good. I was hoping it wouldn’t become a clover-shaped nose, and I think it turned out well!! What a relief I hope this helps hehe
