During the consultation with the doctor, he explained the pros and cons of silicone and autologous dermis, as well as side effects, in a very detailed and easy-to-understand way. He told me a lot of really important things, so I lost track of time, and the consultation ended up being about 30-40 minutes Honestly, with autologous dermis, the amount absorbed differs from person to person so I don’t know whether I’ll be able to get a very dramatic result like with silicone, but they said that if absorption happens later, it can be filled with autologous dermal fat injection? And now I care more about living without silicone than about aesthetics (of course, it would be even better if I can still have a pretty nose after removing the silicone^^) The director, consultant, and staff were all kind, so the hospital atmosphere felt comfortable, which I liked According to the consultant, the director only does one surgery a day..
