My swelling doesn’t seem to go down at all, please take a look

I wore them for about 3 years, and the skin around my eyes kept sagging more and more, and it became hard to keep taping them, so I worried a lot and had surgery. I wanted an incision, but after looking at me the doctor said this could be done with a buried suture, so I trusted him completely and had buried suture + magic epicanthoplasty. My identical twin sister had an incision, and she had no swelling at all. But after my surgery, mine was so severe ㅠㅠ My sister looked at me and said, “Hey, your swelling is really bad. I think that’s going to last a long time;” Today is day 4 after surgery, and tomorrow I’m getting the stitches removed from the epicanthoplasty ㅠㅠ If they remove the epicanthoplasty stitches, will the sausage-like swelling above go down faster? ㅠㅠ I don’t really have bruising, but ㅠ still, I hope the swelling goes down quickly. I have an interview in April ㅠㅠ The doctor and the nurse both keep saying the swelling will go down now and told me not to worry, but I’m so worried that maybe it won’t go down like this ㅠ My boyfriend is also really worried and keeps asking when it will go down ㅠㅠ I’m drinking pumpkin juice regularly. I did cold compresses until yesterday, and the nurse said I could do warm compresses starting today, so I’ve been diligently doing that today. I’m also practicing opening my eyes wide, even though my forehead and head hurt, and doing it hard!! ㅠㅠ It’s so annoying that I look like I’m sleepy ㅠㅠ Hng. Please leave replies~ ㅠㅠ I deleted the photos. I posted this after thinking about it a lot and worrying over it myself.. Pure and delicate-natured person!!! That was way too harsh.
