I should have written this here, but I posted it under eye surgery before/after

I used eyelid tape for about 3 years, and the skin on my eyes kept sagging. It was getting hard to put on too, so after worrying a lot, I had surgery. I wanted an incisional procedure, but after the director looked at me, they said this level could be done with the buried-suture method, so I trusted them completely and had buried-suture double eyelid surgery + magic medial epicanthoplasty. My twin older sister had an incisional procedure, and she had no swelling at all. But after I had mine done, it was so severe My sister saw me and said, "Hey, your swelling is really bad. I think that might last a long time;" like that. Today is day 4 after surgery, and tomorrow I get the stitches removed from the medial epicanthoplasty Having the medial epicanthoplasty stitches removed won't make the sausage-like swelling above go down faster or anything, right? I don't really have much bruising Still, I really hope the swelling goes away quickly. I have an interview in April The director and nurse said the swelling should start going down now and told me not to worry.. but I'm so worried it might not go down and stay like this My boyfriend is really worried and keeps asking when it will go down I'm drinking pumpkin juice regularly. I did ice packs until yesterday, and starting today the nurse said I could do warm compresses, so I've been doing them diligently today. I'm also practicing opening my eyes upward, even though my forehead and head hurt, and working hard at it!! I'm so annoyed that I look like I have sleepy eyes Hing Please leave lots of replies~ I'm so worried
