Has anyone here had both the nasal bridge and nasal tip operated on with autologous costal cartilage? For my revision surgery, I’m thinking of either removing the silicone from the nasal bridge completely, or if possible, trying autologous costal cartilage for it. It seems like there aren’t many places that do the nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage, and there isn’t much information either. Sigh, please share any info, whether it’s hospitals, reviews, satisfaction, anything. Among revision surgery clinics, the only places where I’ve seen reviews saying they did the nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage are ㅁㅇㄷㅇ and ㄹㅂㄹ. I’m not that drawn to 3D silicone, but custom implants are still implants anyway, right??? I feel like autologous costal cartilage would be the safest, and since it’s the nasal bridge, I don’t have to worry about absorption the way I would with the nasal tip, right?...
깡찍이 Among people around me, I had a friend who did the nasal bridge with autologous costal cartilage too. I think it was maybe her third surgery, so she was satisfied!!!
경밍잉이 I heard autologous costal cartilage is the strongest.
깊미깊미나우 Custom ones are still implants, yeah... Are you looking for something like CoGelCo or Baekja nose?? I saw they do those too, so try searching for that as well.
병지병압 Try getting a consultation. But using ground autologous costal cartilage for the nasal bridge is really expensive. I also looked into it because I wanted a custom implant and went to ㅈㅇ, and they said doing it with ground autologous costal cartilage has no warping and a low absorption rate. I guess that’s why it’s more expensive. I ended up doing Innofit.
이진영찐팬임 My nose was short and low so at ㅁㅇㄷㅇ they used autologous costal cartilage and silicone like this.. Since the most accurate way to know what materials to use is to get a consultation, go for a consultation first. The director explains in detail from why that material needs to be used.
