Zygoma + Square Jaw + Chin, Day 14~~

Hello hohoho^^ I have only been looking around every day, and this is my first time writing a post. I am not sure how to write itㅠㅠ I do not have the courage to upload photos, so I will only post a review hehehe. I had surgery timed with the Chuseok holiday. I had surgery on Saturday the 18th, so it has been exactly 2 weeks now~ My face was not particularly angular. To other people, it could be considered slim, but there is nothing you can do about something you personally think is a complex.. The hospital consultant also said my face did not need it, but once I had made up my mind, no one could stop me lol. So I ended up getting facial contouring, and now at week 2, I am living for the fun of watching the swelling go down lol. My closest friend had zygoma surgery through an intraoral incision about 2 years ago. But she regretted it so much because of cheek sagging, and told me that if I was going to have surgery, I should do it through a scalp incision. So I had my zygoma done through a scalp incision, my jaw through an intraoral incision, and my chin with an osteotomy to move it forward. The director at this hospital, which my friend introduced me to, was truly a wonderful person as I had heard. Honest and humane.. Day of surgery~Day 1: At this time, I was still out of it because the anesthesia had not worn off. They said the surgery started around 8:30 in the morning and took about 4 and a half hours, but when I woke up it was just before 4 p.m. There was no pain, and as the director said, there was no blood drain tube or anything like that. They said there was very little bleeding. It ended with about two pieces of gauze. To wake up from anesthesia, I kept walking back and forth around the hospital, sleeping and walking again repeatedly, and when I got home it was around 9 p.m.? The hospital consultant kindly even got me a taxi. Thank you ㅠㅠ Days 2~3: Gasp ㅠㅠ The swelling is no joke ㅠㅠ I am not usually the type to swell easily, so I had less swelling than other people I saw online, but my face swelled and the bandage wrapped around my face started tightening ㅠㅠ It was hard to breathe. Fortunately, there was no pain, so I did not even take painkillers, but the tightening bandage made me suffer so muchㅠㅠ Oh Jesus, my eyes also became bloodshotㅠㅠ Oh my god. Days 4~~6: The swelling slowly started going down, and the bloodshot eyes also improved. Once I felt more alive, I could not stand the hunger lol. Still, I endured with soy milk, juice, and ice cream. It was the period when I felt pleased watching the swelling go down little by little. From then on, I also walked diligently for exercise. Day 7: I took off the bandage and finally washed my hair. Ah~~ so refreshing lolololol. I brushed my teeth only as much as I could with a baby toothbrush. Looking in the mirror, the zygoma swelling had gone down to some extent, and the jaw was still a bit swollen. Especially the chin........ㅠㅠ I thought ta-da!! a pretty egg-shaped face would appear lol. Still, a lot of swelling had gone down, so if I covered just below my chin slightly with a mask, no one would know. I went to the hospital to have the stitches removed, and the pants I used to wear had become loose lololol wow, I guess I lost a lot of weight lololol. Removing stitches did not hurt, but when the chin stitches were removedㅠㅠ it felt like dental nerve treatment?ㅠㅠ They left about 5~6 scalp stitches and planned to see me on day 11. I was worried because it was a scalp incision, but I could move both eyebrows, and most of the sensation in the scalp area remained the same. However, the middle part of my lower lip became slightly numb. Days 8~11: After the stitches were removed, the swelling went down noticeably day by day. It was fascinating. I went to work on day 9, and people did not know lololol. They just asked if I was a bit sick lololol. Only close people knew lololol. On day 11, I went to the hospital and had the remaining stitches in my scalp removed. Ah, refreshing~~ Days 12~14: The swelling does not suddenly disappear all at once, but I can feel it continuing to go down. From the front, my face has become so slim that even my family is surprised lololol. But I guess the swelling in my chin will go down a little slowly. Oh noㅠㅠ Still, it is not extremely swollen, just something only I notice. Sensation in the middle part of my lower lip is gradually coming back. After having surgery and thinking about it, I do not think plastic surgery is that hard. I think it is manageable. Still, if you are going to have surgery, you should look into everything carefully and be cautious. No matter which hospital you choose, I want to tell you to get thorough consultations and make a careful decision. Hehehe, today is the day I go to the hospital to check my surgical progress lol. Ah, I am nervous~ Everyone, become prettier, and I will post another review next time~~
