ㄷㅇㅇ consultation visit (ㅇㅎㅈ) I booked with the intention of getting incisional double-eyelid surgery and epicanthoplasty, and while I was there I also had a nose consultation. The consultation order was consultant > nose director > eye director > consultant. Even though I went at 2 p.m. on a weekday, when there weren’t many people, I still had to wait about 10 minutes each time until the next person came in lol. Including the CT, it took over 2 hours to consult about both eyes and nose. It definitely had a strong “big clinic of big clinics” and factory-style feel, but I didn’t really feel that they were unfriendly or lacked professionalism. While consulting with the eye director, I said I didn’t want to reduce the distance between my eyes, and they firmly said then an in-out line wouldn’t be possible, so I was like huh? They seemed confident and professional, but whether they’re good, I dunno. They said I was opening my eyes with my forehead, so I’d need ptosis correction too, and showed me the improved shape by adding, in order, double eyelid > ptosis correction > epicanthoplasty to my eyes hehe. I liked that. The cost was incisional double-eyelid surgery + ptosis correction + epicanthoplasty, regular price 2.97 million KRW, and 2.2 million KRW on the condition that I partially reveal my eyes and leave reviews on ㄱㄴㅇㄴ and ㅂㅂㅌ. They said it could be discounted to 1.8 million KRW if I made a same-day reservation and transferred a 100,000 KRW deposit. They said even if I didn’t set an exact date, I could cancel anytime later and get the 100,000 KRW refunded, so I transferred the 100,000 KRW deposit and left. I’m thinking of visiting more clinics, and if I don’t like them, I’ll get a refund. Personally, I didn’t like that it felt factory-style, but since it’s a big clinic, I thought the infrastructure was decent. If it’s 1.8 million KRW with no extra costs and includes services like aftercare, AS, and follow-up checks, I thought it was honestly pretty good. Since swelling laser and scar laser? and things like that were included in the price, it felt more reasonable. Since it sounds like I only praised them, to criticize a bit: repeating 10 minutes of waiting > 5 minutes of consultation four times was kind of annoying. If you have a nose surgery consultation, you have to take a CT, so you have to go back and forth between the 7th > 9th > 8th floors. Above all, I was annoyed that I went at 2 and came out after 4:30. Oh, there was no consultation fee.
ㅇㄹㅇ consultation visit (ㅇㅌㄱ) I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, wrote down my desired result, took photos, was guided to the consultation room, and waited, but no one came for 20 minutes lol. My favorability already dropped sharply from that, but the consultant was kind and marked a line for me, then said partial incision would probably be okay and assigned me to Director ㅇㅌㄱ. Personally, I had hoped they would assign one of the other two who are famous for eye surgery, but it felt like they just connected me to a less-famous director who had an open slot, so I didn’t like that. The consultant stayed for 3 minutes then left, I waited another 5 minutes, and the director came in, marked a line, and said partial incision would be fine, so I was surprised inside;; I’ve used double-eyelid glue/liquid for 2 years, so my eyelid skin has sagged as much as it can, and I wondered if this would really work. I asked whether full incision would be better if I wanted to remove the sagging skin, and they said full incision isn’t always better, and that getting the maximum effect with the minimum necessary is best, so I trusted them a bit. The canthoplasty was the same, but they didn’t mention ptosis correction, so I asked, and they said I don’t lack eye-opening strength; it’s pseudo-ptosis because eye fat and skin cover my pupils, so I don’t need ptosis correction!! From that point I started trusting them, so I asked the consultant whether my eyes were unsuitable for lateral and lower canthoplasty, and they advised against it, saying my eyes already look like I had it done and that doing more would probably make the shape strange!! I liked that. But the waiting here too.....
ㄴㅅㅎ consultation visit (ㄱㅈㅎ) The wait was the shortest. I think I finished the whole consultation and came out in about 20 minutes. But what surprised me was that the estimate included incisional double-eyelid surgery + upper epicanthoplasty + ptosis correction + fat removal. Actually, they recommended partial incision, but I asked for incision. During the consultation, they said that because I have deep-set eyes and thick skin, even if I get epicanthoplasty, an in-out line that shows clearly all the way to the front isn’t possible, and the most I could get is an inline where the line starts showing from the middle Both the consultant and the doctor were really kind and the atmosphere was good, but the price was a bit.. All of the above was regular price 4.75 million KRW, but with a promotion and reservation deposit, they said it would be 2.85 million KRW Of course, for surgery on eyes I’ll use for the next few decades, this is reasonable, but still What I liked was that the aftercare seemed solid and AS was for 3 years!! I liked it. But they said the reservation deposit was 10% of the 2.85 million KRW, so 280,000 KRW, and that felt a bit burdensome, so I didn’t put one down
