Review of consultations for implant-free rhinoplasty

My nose - has a slight hump I didn’t want a big change from my current nose... I looked for clinics that could improve it naturally First, I searched reviews + posts for implant-free rhinoplasty and went! I went to several places, but in the end Clinic B Clinic A, I’m debating between these two, so I’ll only write about them I haven’t decided yet either, so if anyone wants to share information with each other, let me know.... lol Clinic A -Waited over 30 minutes, I think.... -Osteotomy + columella lowering/projection + septal cartilage + ear cartilage -They said implant-free is possible, but there would be almost no improvement effect from the front. They said improving the hump is more important right now.. but when they said there might not really be a visible effect, I felt sad lol -I felt like they clearly pointed out what was possible and what wasn’t -They said the septal cartilage would only be used as a support strut, and the nasal tip would be done with ear cartilage. They emphasized ear cartilage several times -They said the hump absolutely requires osteotomy.... I also had a CT taken, and they said my nasal bridge is too thick -The director was very kind.. They did look a bit tired, but I liked that they spoke with conviction throughout the explanation -But the consultant felt a bit mechanical, and the cost was much higher than I expected.. Clinic B -I was worried because there were quite a few people, but I waited about 10 minutes and went in -Osteotomy + columella correction + septal cartilage -They also said here that osteotomy is necessary because of the hump lol When I said I was worried about recovery, the director said it’s actually better than not doing osteotomy and ending up with an inadequate correction, and that recovery these days isn’t that slow, so I just said okay for now.... (Everyone who had osteotomy, please share info.... haha..) -They said implant-free is possible if I want a natural nose, and that for the nasal tip, septal cartilage alone would be enough without using ear cartilage -They said I don’t need surgery like alar reduction, and that just refining the hump would be enough to see a good effect for my nose -Both the consultant and the director were kind, and maybe because I heard several times that my nose would become pretty, my expectations went up.. Since this is the first major surgery I’m properly looking into after facial contouring, I’m seriously debating.. Apart from everything else, what I liked most was that both places didn’t force anything when I said I wanted implant-free rhinoplasty and matched the materials to what I wanted. I also liked that they naturally did CT scans... Maybe because I went in only hearing that there are many places that do consultations carelessly, it was better than expected What’s left is only my decision.....^^ lol Still, at this level, I can do implant-free rhinoplasty without going around to more places for consultations, right...?? How many consultation places did everyone go to?
